IN THE NEWS….Dwayne Allen Dail spent 18 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. New DNA evidence set him free, and now he faces a civil lawsuit from his son’s mother for years of back child support.

FIRST-PERSON….What I find disturbing about equick pay is that the counties that have little or no money to administer these programs now have to send what surplus they did have (in the form of interest) to a private company that charges additional fees to obligees (service fees).
